San Diego Exotic Enclosures offers custom terrariums, bioactive kits, and specialty enclosures. Our shipping policy ensures a smooth and secure delivery experience for all customers within the continental United States.

Processing Time

Custom Builds: Typically ship within 2-4 weeks after final design approval and deposit payment.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment.
Delays: If there are any production or shipping delays, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight depending on item size and destination.
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Some enclosures may require freight delivery with a scheduled drop-off window.

Shipping Rates

Flat-Rate Shipping: Calculated based on enclosure size and destination.
Local Delivery (San Diego area): Available upon request. Rates vary by distance.
Free Shipping: Occasionally offered for specific items or promotions.

Packaging

All builds are packed securely with padding, corner protection, and moisture barriers when needed.
We use eco-conscious materials when possible to reduce environmental impact.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
