1. Custom Orders

All enclosures are built to order unless otherwise stated. Once a custom order is placed and payment is received, materials are procured within 24–48 hours. Custom orders are non-refundable once materials are purchased. Please review your design and specifications carefully before confirming.

2. Lead Times

Estimated build and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain issues, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will always keep you updated on any changes.

3. Payment

We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, or cash (in-person). A non-refundable deposit (typically $150) is required to initiate all custom builds. Final payment is due prior to delivery or at the time of pickup.

4. Installation Services

If you opt for local installation, we require a clear, accessible workspace. You are responsible for ensuring electrical outlets, surface clearance, and enclosure placement area are ready before our arrival. Additional labor or delays due to unprepared environments may incur a fee.

5. Client Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide accurate enclosure specifications, species requirements, and any preferred features at the time of booking. We are not liable for animal health issues arising from improper use, care, or placement of the enclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, enclosure designs, and build processes are the intellectual property of San Diego Exotic Enclosures and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without express written permission.

7. Website Use

All content, product descriptions, and images on this website are for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update pricing, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our enclosures or services.
